The Job Role
- Account Director to oversee a high profile London B&I contract catering account.
- The Account Director will be the main point of contact managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Providing first-line confidence in all discussions, demonstrating value and exceeding expectations.
- Engaging the team around initiatives to drive revenues and ensuring a customer-centric culture.
- Driving innovation, including marketing, promotional activities, food presentation and retail offers.
- Client experience is everything and the Account Director will create a lasting client relationship.
- Responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
The Requirements
- Experience of working at a strategic level and delivering on growth targets
- Experience of working to set KPIs in a challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise at board-level
- Experience of managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to plan, monitor, analyse and implement changes to support business goals, objectives and growth
