To accomplish that mission, we need you! It is an inspiring time here at Linearity, as we are hiring our first Account Executive  to join us as our first Account Executive. You will play a vital role in acquiring customers and growing Linearity. You'll work closely with our VP of sales and have the opportunity to spearhead your career. Reports to: Eoin Lyons (Vp of Sales) Team: Sales Team Location: London (hybrid) Life as Account Executive at Linearity: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting and inbound leads, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos and converting deals Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients, building a robust pipeline and expanding our customer base Sales Execution: Deliver impactful sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals, consistently focusing on achieving sales targets. Startup Agility: Demonstrate adaptability and critical thinking in a fast-paced startup environment, swiftly responding to market changes and business needs. Feedback and Collaboration: Provide insightful feedback from the European market to the product and marketing teams, uncovering new verticals and market insights Requirements 1-3 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates working in technology or startup environments. A track record of successfully working to sales quotas and targets Fluency in English, and other languages is also helpful. Demonstrated capability in developing and executing sales strategies. Experience in a full-cycle, closing role ideally within SaaS Experience in outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
