Job Title: Commercial Account Executive Location: Peterborough Full/Part Time: Full Time Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Insurance Industry Sectors: Insurance, Broking, Broker, Commercial Lawes Consulting Group is currently working with an independent broker who are on the lookout for a New Business Account Executive. This role has an existing book of business to take over alongside a book of prospects to follow up. About the Role: Accountable for selling a range of insurance products and services to prospective clients Ability to take over an existing book of business as well as follow up a large amount of prospects. Ability to meet sales targets and generating revenue for the brokerage. Identify and research potential new business opportunities Phone potential clients and email to pitch the brokerage's insurance products and services and arrange meetings with them. Be confident to effective sales presentations and negotiations Manage and develop relationships with clients Be confident to act as clients main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. Create new business by upselling and cross-selling insurance products and services to existing clients. Role Requirements: Our client are open to individuals with minimum of 2 - 4 years new business experience Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude. Good knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance products and services.
