We are looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join our client's team in a customer-facing role, engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
You’ll be responsible for inviting VIPs to high-level roundtables, networking events, and sponsored meetings, while supporting the production team in sourcing potential speakers.
Key Responsibilities: Reach out to senior executives (VIPs) via phone, email, and Linked In to invite them to high-level networking events, roundtables, and meetings.
Encourage VIPs to attend sponsored events such as dinners, breakfasts, and private discussions.
Help coordinate meetings between VIPs and event sponsors, ensuring they happen smoothly at the event.
Work with the production team to find and connect potential speakers for events.
Support the marketing team by encouraging registered VIPs to attend events.
Be onsite at events to welcome VIPs, assist with their schedules, and ensure they have a great experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP attendees to foster loyalty and continued engagement.
Meet outreach targets by making a high volume of calls and messages while ensuring quality conversations.
Stay connected with the VIP community year-round to understand their needs and invite them to future events.
Ensure every VIP receives excellent service from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
