As Attendance Improvement Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to promote excellent attendance and punctuality, working closely with students, families, and staff to reduce absence and build a culture of aspiration and achievement. It’s a challenging role, but also an incredibly rewarding opportunity to make a real and immediate difference in the lives of our students every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering initiatives to motivate students and improve attendance.
• Monitoring and analysing attendance data to identify patterns and concerns.
• Liaising with parents/carers and external agencies to address attendance issues.
• Conducting home visits and attendance meetings (Driving Licence required).
• Supporting the wider admin team with flexibility and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in conflict resolution—you’ll handle sensitive conversations with confidence and care.
• A keen eye for detail—accuracy in data and reporting is essential.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of school attendance systems and referral processes.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent)
