The Role:
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Daventry. Whether you are looking for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, or full-time roles, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with class teachers to support pupils in their learning, help manage classroom behaviour, and provide 1:1 or small group interventions where required.
Requirements:
✅ A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning
✅ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school
✅ A good understanding of the National Curriculum
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A caring, patient, and flexible attitude
