Position: Executive Assistant to Partners Location: West End, London (Four days in-office, one day remote) Company Description: We are a leading recruitment consultancy working closely with a dynamic and forward-thinking venture capital firm located in the heart of the West End.

Our client prides itself on fostering a positive and warm culture, where collaboration and innovation thrive.

They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their three Partners.

Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Partners.

Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and handling inquiries appropriately.

Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.

Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.

Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Anticipate the needs of the Partners and proactively address them to ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives or partners.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.

High degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
