Role Overview
As a BIGO LIVE Agency Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hosts, supporting their growth, and earning income through direct recruitment rewards and long-term performance incentives.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in talent recruitment, creator management, social media, or community building, or anyone looking to build a scalable income stream in the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Leader
Recruit new livestream hosts in the UK through online and offline channels
Support hosts with onboarding, daily streaming activity, and performance growth
Guide hosts on content direction, consistency, and platform best practices
Build, manage, and grow a sustainable host team over time
Host (Live Streamer)
Engage with viewers through conversation, interaction, and live activities
Maintain a regular streaming schedule and positive on-camera presence
Follow platform content guidelines and quality standards
Requirements (Everyone Welcome)
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with people
