Your new role Guiding and leading a team of Customer Service Executives in line with company, industry and customer standards.  Leading by example, you will be training, developing and motivating your team and any new recruits.

Supporting the team by setting required KPI standards and re-training where required.

Managing BI reports and analysis data in partnership with the Customer Service Manager and other team leaders.

Attending internal and external meetings and actioning change.  Managing your own portfolio of customer enquiries and orders including some escalations.     Quality Control - checking workloads to ensure individuals are following correct procedures.  Supporting on annual reviews and promotion plan for the team.  What you'll need to succeed Our client is seeking to recruit a highly talented and professional team leader who is seeking to join a very stable and market-leading organisation.
