About the Role The Inside Sales Specialist role sits with our Health & Medical Solutions, as part of the Care for Business team who are responsible for vets, pharmacy, distributors and long term care.

The role will be responsible for the retention and profitable growth of our current distributor and customer relationships, focusing in general on moderate sized distributors.

In this position you will be accountable for profitable growth, retention, up selling with a select group of customers operating with clear guidance from your manager and executing on priorities defined by Commercial Planning.

Customer interactions are predominantly done via remote selling, such as phone and virtual tools such as Microsoft team and email as key touchpoints.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this role is a permanent, remote, full-time position.

Although a remote position the ideal candidate should be situated within easily commutable distance of Willerby.

What You Will Do In this role you will be responsible for: Support the Key Account Manager in delivering sales growth and profit Develop new distribution through new customer development Maintain existing customers through activity support and relationships Account planning in line with business strategy Product placement and promotion Develop ongoing customer relationships though telephone, email and face to face contact Who You Are If you have the following skills and experience, please get in touch: Experience of value added selling in a remote environment Commercial acumen, with strategic output Account management skills Team player Enthusiasm to drive business forward Full driving licence, with ability to travel nationally as required Interest in the healthcare market Experience working within a B2 B market.
