At The AI Summit Series, you’ll grow and expand sales by connecting businesses with transformative live events. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of customers in the AI space, understanding their short- and long-term goals and ensuring we exceed their expectations.

Your Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Be the go-to expert:  You’ll manage full customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure win-win agreements that drive success.
  • Build lasting relationships:  You’ll foster strong connections with customers, serving as their trusted advisor for all event-related needs.
  • Drive growth:  Whether it’s upselling, cross-selling, or bringing in new business, you’ll take the lead in growing and expanding our reach.
  • Hit targets:  Your proactive approach to inbound inquiries and self-generated leads will help you achieve—and exceed—your revenue goals.
  • Customize solutions:  By understanding customer challenges and goals, you’ll position our events as the perfect solution to their needs.
  • Provide insights:  You’ll deliver accurate forecasts, performance metrics, and strategic updates to stakeholders, identifying both risks and opportunities.
  • Keep projects on track:  Your project management skills will ensure that customer goals align seamlessly with company objectives.
  • What You’ll Produce

  • Consistent sales/revenue through your expert account management.
  • Clear customer account strategies with measurable success.
  • Reliable sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Effective customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Productivity improvements and enhanced quality in deliverables.
  • New business leads sourced by you, as well as timely renewal discussions for existing accounts.
  • Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage multiple accounts with confidence, meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding service.
  • Keep records updated in our CRM, ensuring accurate data for interactions, transactions, and account plans.
  • Build your professional presence through social selling and staying active on key platforms.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to stay current on our offerings and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry conditions and competitors’ products.
  • Attend key industry and competitor events to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Qualifications

  • Sponsorship Sales expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years  experience selling sponsorship packages across conferences and exhibitions (MUST)
  • Ideally with a focus of selling into enterprise organisations.
  • Proven success:  You bring a strong track record as a top performer in event sponsorship sales.
  • A team player:  You thrive in a collaborative sales environment and contribute to team goals.
  • A networker:  Your established connections in one or more sectors are a great asset.
  • A visionary:  You can spot new revenue opportunities and maximise the potential of our products.
