New Gen, a social-first creative and creator agency, is seeking an Influencer Account Manager for a 3 month fixed-term contract.

As an Influencer Account Manager at New Gen, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with influencers and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new influencers, developing creative campaign strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of influencer campaigns.
By leveraging your strong understanding of social media, influencer trends, and the gaming landscape, you will help revolutionize social connections and make advertising more relevant, engaging, and effective.
Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact for influencer partnerships Research and identify relevant influencers in various industries and communities Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and agreements Collaborate with internal teams, such as the creative and content teams, to develop innovative and effective influencer campaigns Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Analyze and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the gaming or creative industry Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools Benefits 36 days holiday per year, including a 10-day block "reset", Christmas closure and birthday day off.
