Job Discription According to the business needs of the project, assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process; Through mastering product theory and practical skills, provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities; Responsible for coordinating human, technical, and other resources to implement the batch rectification tasks issued by the company; Responsible for supervising and guiding the service station's reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting; Responsible for the collection and arrangement of customer files on the product market side; Responsible for handling emergency events on the product market side and collecting competitive product information.

Job Requirement Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors; Familiar with after-sales service standards, safety operation specifications, recycling-related standards and regulations in new energy vehicle, energy storage industry; Fluent English and Chinese communication ability; Have experience in customer business negotiation, contract writing ability, or market research;
