Overview

We are working with a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, renowned globally, currently looking to expand their Geo-Environmental team by bringing a Senior Operational Lead (+£15 M turnover operations).
Responsibilities
Strategic planning & business growth initiatives
Operational oversight of project delivery & commercial management
Business development across water, energy & technology sectors
Team leadership & succession planning
Technical expertise in ground investigation, land quality, groundwater Requirements
Relevant degree (geology/environmental science preferred)
Senior management experience in environmental consulting
Chartered status advantageous
Proven track record in business development & client relationships

Flexible working/Point of hire, with travel required as and when. Salary from £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits and allowances.
