Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team on key retrofit projects throughout all stages.

Conceptualise and develop design ideas.

Produce planning and technical information using Revit.

Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.

Assist in the production of drawing information.

Qualifications: Part II qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background.

Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing, strong design capabilities, and strong presentation skills.
