Tasks As the first Business Development Manager in our sales department you will help to build the sales function alongside our CEO.
We are working towards a clear ICP and effective scripts and sales collateral already in place but youll have influence over the development of our tools and processes.
Reaching out to potential customers and introducing our product will be an immediate focus encouraging first orders and building longterm relationships for repeat orders.
Youll be the first hire into our sales department but certainly not the last so its likely youll help out with the onboarding training and support of future hires in the sales team.
We have ambitious sales targets to hit over the next few months ahead of our Seed raise later this year.
Requirements A proven track record in a Sales Rep or Business Development Manager role within construction builders merchants or similar industries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ambition drive and a selfstarter mentality.
Someone who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth startup environment.
The ability to spend at least 3 days onsite at our Paddington office.
