My client facilitates regeneration developments working alongside various housing partnerships and local authorities, levelling up initiatives in line with government policies.

Various duties and competencies include:

1. Ideally someone from a main contracting or development background but would consider people from other sectors.
2. Either serving as a Head of Role or candidates that are ready for the next step up in their career.
3. Have experience in managing a small team and influencing teams nationally to improve performance.
4. Ideally current or previous knowledge on construction processes and the impact that these processes have on outcomes.
5. Challenge the Status Quo and build business cases for change and adapt such processes.
6. Look after and manage all social value performing across the United Kingdom.

Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £85k plus package for the right person.
