Your Responsibilities :
In this role, you’ll be at the helm of Strategic Survey Initiatives: Stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results.
Strategic building of new department and team Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail. Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively. Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Experience working on residential buildings/social housing A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence. Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency. A full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
