About the Role:
Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a Service Now Technical Architect on behalf of our prestigious client. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge Service Now solutions, ensuring technical excellence and aligning platform capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee Service Now technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Service Now solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and others as required.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on Service Now best practices, standards, and governance.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.
- Mentor and support technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to architectural principles.
- Stay informed about the latest Service Now updates, features, and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions are delivered.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Service Now Technical Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Deep knowledge of the Service Now platform, including architecture, integrations, and customisations.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Service Now implementations across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
- Proficient in Service Now development, scripting, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Service Now certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable.
