About the Role Join an industry-leading, privately-owned commercial real estate company as an Asset Manager responsible for a portfolio of Business Space assets.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive asset value and cash flow by overseeing the property management process, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and ensuring successful execution of asset enhancement initiatives.
You’ll work alongside an established team and lead on initiatives such as tenant negotiations, refurbishment projects, and meeting ESG targets.
This is a challenging role that offers full ownership of your portfolio, requiring you to make key decisions and manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with the support of an in-house property management team.

Key Responsibilities: Improve Net Operating Income (NOI) through leasing, rent reviews, and new revenue streams.
Reduce void costs across your portfolio and reconfigure space to meet tenant demand.
Market vacant spaces, negotiate terms, and maximise income opportunities.
Lead refurbishment and reconfiguration projects in collaboration with external consultants.
Ensure adherence to ESG metrics and report on business plan progress.
Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service charge budgets.
Support investment teams with due diligence on potential new acquisitions.
Requirements: Solid Asset Management experience, with a strong foundation in Property Management.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Commercial awareness and industry knowledge, with the ability to manage expectations and progress reports.
A background of working as an Asset Manager within a shared team, bringing a working knowledge of how the nature of this relationship works.
