Your Role, Your Impact As an Associate Director - Key Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of property management, driving growth, and strengthening client partnerships. You will lead with vision, inspire collaboration, and ensure exceptional client service delivery. Your expertise in client engagement, strategic leadership, and service excellence will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the strategic partner for key clients, fostering long-term, value-driven relationships. Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs, proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement and collaboration. Conduct insightful business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and addres key concerns. Ensure best-in-class service delivery, addressing escalations promptly and driving service improvements. Portfolio Performance Management: Deliver resolution to client issues by project managing teams across the business, inspiring collaboration to unblock challenges and work at pace. Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing insights and recommendations for actionable improvements. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Be aware of the level of trade and cost to serve the Client(s) and ensure top-line and profitable growth, plus cash delivery on work we do for/on behalf of the Client(s). Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and inspire a high-performing key account team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Ensure alignment with company objectives, driving consistency and excellence in service standards. Present key insights and performance updates to senior leadership. Champion company values and industry standards, setting a high benchmark for service excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in client account management or strategic client relationship management. Deep understanding of the residential property management sector and market dynamics. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability navigate difficult conversations with tact. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, to drive solutions for complex challenges. Proficiency in digital tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven reporting.5 years' experience managing significant clients in a similar role, preferably in a B2 B environment with some B2 C experience.
