Job Description
Strategically manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the professional services industry. Lead and mentor a team of auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant audit regulations and standards. Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance. Proactively contribute to the firm's business development initiatives. Provide expert advice on audit matters, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge. Regularly communicate and report on audit findings and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Director should have:
An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Professional accreditation such as ACCA, ACA or similar. A proven track record in leading audits and managing a team. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. A deep understanding of the professional services industry. A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all work.
What's on Offer
