Report ing any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty.

Taking food and drink orders to t ables.

W ork ing in accordance with the Food Safety Act, h ealth and s afety r egulations and The Licensing Act.

E nsur ing that the Bar remains tidy and is set-up for next the next service.

Being presented with a clean well ironed shirt and apron, permitt ed jewellery only, and clean and tidy nails and hair.
