As we continue to experience growth within our Product and Services team, we are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Executive to support the Prospect Marketing Manager in driving new business lead generation initiatives. Role Overview: As a Campaign and Lead-Gen Executive at Lyreco, you will report directly to the Prospect Marketing Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, targeting prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on warming up potential prospects, profiling then and then ultimate handing over these prospects to the sales team at critical times. As a Campaign Executive your responsibilities are: Work with the Prospect Marketing Manager to develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns aimed at acquiring new business. Assist in engaging decision-makers within the prospective customer database to understand their needs and develop compelling marketing messages that drive interest and generate leads. Using data and insight to attract new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that Lyreco is promoting targeted marketing initiatives in the most effective method. Assist in the creation of professional marketing briefs targeting prospective customers, outlining campaign objectives, key messaging, and target audience (by segment, by vertical, by opportunity). The ideal Campaign Executive will: Have a bachelor's degree in marketing (ideal, but not required providing you can demonstrate experience in lead generation or new business acquisition). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with prospective customers. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating efforts with various stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives. Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media platforms, to execute and track campaigns (though we do have a dedicated team for social media activities). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Passionate about marketing and committed to staying updated on the latest marketing techniques and trends. A full and valid Driving Licence is required.
