We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic chef/barista to join our vibrant team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food coffees and other beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Previous experience in food production, kitchen operations, or restaurant service is a must, along with strong leadership and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of food coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and coffee station and dining area.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers professionally and courteously.
Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining food safety standards at all times.
Supervise junior staff or trainees when required, offering guidance on food safety and service procedures.
Maintain stock levels of supplies and ingredients, notifying management of shortages promptly.
Uphold health and safety regulations within the workspace, ensuring a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, food production, or restaurant environments is essential.
Supervising experience or team
Weekend and early starts essentia.

Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary activities will be beneficial.
Familiarity with serving in a fast-paced setting such as cafes or restaurants is desirable.
