THE ROLE
An associate with 2-4 pqe is sought to join the Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud team. You will be handling often high profile, complex and international cases.
Key practice areas include:
- Anti-money laundering
- Bribery and corruption
- Commercial and trust litigation
- Corporate investigations
- Criminal antitrust (cartels)
- Cross-border issues (including extradition, INTERPOL and mutual legal assistance)
- Economic sanctions
- Financial regulation
- Fraud (civil and criminal)
- Insider dealing
- International asset-tracing
- Tax investigations
Excellent experience of commercial litigation is required, as well as ideally civil fraud and interim injunction work, but this is not essential so long as candidates can demonstrate a real enthusiasm for this type of work.
