Easily accessible by car or by direct train line from Central London, the team at this firm work on a hybrid basis and are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join them as head of department. You will handle a caseload of typical commercial property matters from instruction to post-completion including development, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant etc. whilst also managing a small conveyancing team. To apply you will be: A UK-qualified solicitor, admitted to the SRA for England and Wales Experienced in advising on a broad range of commercial property matters Able and happy to manage a small team of 2-3 people Looking to work in a firm with a close-knit team, which has a warm and approachable ‘family feel’ Able to commute to the office in Farnham on a hybrid basis The salary band is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, although this could be negotiated up for the right candidate.
