Overview
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £95,000
Previous Experience: 5+ PQE with demonstratable experience advising on a range of technology agreements
Global Network

- Advise clients on data privacy compliance and legal strategies.
- Draft and negotiate technology contracts, including Saa S, outsourcing, and IT product agreements.
- Assist in data protection due diligence for national corporate teams.
- Research and deliver webinars on emerging topics like AI.
- Build and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in data privacy and technology law.
- Strong technical and client-facing skills with the ability to manage matters independently.
- Experience in advising on data privacy compliance, technology contracts, and commercial arrangements.
