The Physiotherapy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Children’s Physiotherapy Team Manager.

The successful Physiotherapist will be working full-time hours across Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to cover a Children’s physiotherapy service caseload.

Previous experience of working in NHS is essential for this role.

Position: Children’s Physiotherapy Team Manager Banding: 8a Location: Croydon Health Services, on site Start Date: ASAPPayrate: £39.11 Hours: Full time Part Time Duration: Until substantive recruitment completed Essential skills: To co-ordinate service delivery for the Children’s physiotherapy service.

To provide line management and managerial oversight of the day to day running of the Children’s Physiotherapy team (managing day to day staff/ Human resources issues, clinical issues and where appropriate resourcing issues)To be responsible for delivering identified KPIs in service area via the collection and presentation of statistics to Children’s Therapy Lead and the Directorate Management team To be responsible for maintaining an overview of the standards of care being delivered across the service, instigating remedial action to improve practice as necessary highlighting and escalating issues as they arise.
