Corporate Solicitor – Senior Associate level - Bristol
Our client is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer with roughly 5 PQE or more. This highly-respected team advises on a range of M&A and Private Equity work. There is certainly an expectation that despite the current climate, deal volumes will remain strong and the team wishes to continue to build.
Overview
- Position: Senior Associate
- Location: Bristol
- Salary: £75,000 to £105,000
- Reporting to: Partner
- Work Pattern: Hybrid (combining office and remote working)
- Experience: Circa 5 years PQE or more with M&A and Private Equity experience

This hire comes at a key time for the department when the Bristol offering is considering future leadership planning. As such, this offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to occupy a key role in the department.
You will act mostly for the Buyer on a range of M&A work. At this stage of your career, you will be expected to be comfortable leading on deals and have excellent communication and project management skills. The team also deal with a number of the top national PE houses.
Business Development
Senior Associates within the team are expected to be involved in business development. Whilst applicants aren’t necessarily expected to have an established following you may well have a growing network or require guidance in growing your practice. Our client is open to speaking to Associates and Senior Associates who are looking for their next step with a leading corporate offering.
