Your Role:

As our Customer Experience (CX) Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring every touchpoint is a positive one. Your insights and expertise will drive our efforts to elevate the customer journey, building loyalty and boosting sales.

What You'll Do:

Lead with Passion: Dive into client needs with enthusiasm, tackling everything from journey mapping to root cause analysis.
Tell Compelling Stories: Identify and track pain points, creating narratives that drive solutions.
Facilitate Workshops: Lead innovation and safari workshops that inspire clients and drive progress.
Bridge the Gap: Connect our creative teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and genuine connections.
Build Relationships: Develop long-term client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
Turn Feedback into Action: Gather client insights and translate them into strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth, efficient client journey.

What You Bring:

CX Expertise: Extensive experience in omnichannel (physical & digital) CX, including journey mapping and proposition development.
Brand Insight: A deep understanding of brand operations, customer behaviour, and brand-customer interactions.
Multitasking Mastery: Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Thrive in a dynamic setting where creativity meets strategic planning.
Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate diverse personalities.
Agency Experience: Previous experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
