As a Pastry Sous Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons you will be responsible for assisting in managing the pastry department as a whole across all sections and services of the department.

This role is full time with a working pattern of 4 days on 3 days off and will look to start in April 2024

Primary Responsibilities Include  

· Training and maintaining all standards across every aspect of the department

· Supporting all chefs as required with not only skills but all aspects of the professional career

· Taking on other duties assigned to the senior team which could include rota, holidays, absence management or recruitment as and when required

· Motivate and promote positive behaviors across the whole team

· Working closely with the Food and beverage team to ensure the best service is received by our guests

Requirements

· Previous experience in managing a brigade

· Previous experience within the pastry kitchen of at least 3 years

· Experience of dish creation preferred but not essential
