UWE Bristol is one of Britain's most popular universities, with around 30,000 students and 3,000 staff and is the largest provider of Higher Education in the South West of England. UWE is a multi-site university. It has four campuses in and around Bristol encompassing nine schools and covering a wide range of disciplines and expertise. In addition, we also have an Associate Faculty in Hartpury, Gloucester and regional education centres in Bath, Gloucester and Swindon. The University is continually developing, and a massive £200m is currently being invested in new facilities which has so far included a new Student Village and Centre for Sport on Frenchay Campus and the purchase of development land on the neighbouring Hewlett Packard site to create a true 21st century campus.
