Teaching Responsibilities:
As the Y3/4 Class Teacher, the successful candidate will:
Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster a love for learning.Evaluate and track student progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential.Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that embodies the school’s values.Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the broader curriculum and school activities.Take on subject leadership responsibilities in consultation with the Headteacher.Build and maintain strong relationships with families, the wider schoolmunity, and the church.Participate in professional development opportunities.Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Recent experience teaching in KS2.Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.What the School Offers:
