Fabricator / Welder

At Joloda Hydraroll, we simplify logistics for some of the world’s biggest brands-designing and building smart, safe, and efficient loading systems used across the globe. Based at our modern site on Anglesey, we’re seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to help us build precision-engineered solutions that genuinely make a difference. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that values quality, safety, and continual improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to assemble and weld components
- Use hand and power tools, including 4.5”/ 9” Grinders
- Work on bespoke and production-run systems using MIG welding and sometimes TIG
- Deburring many different metal components with grinders , linishers, belt sanders
- Inspect, test and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement
- Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
What we offer:
- £14.05 per hour
- Monday– Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–14:00 (or 07:00–12:30 shift pattern)

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in MIG / TIG welding and fabrication to technical drawings
- Familiarity with quality checks using vernier callipers, gauges etc.
- An eye for detail and pride in producing work of a high standard
- A team player who’s safety-conscious, punctual and keen to learn
