Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing: Produce weekly and monthly reports on production, sales, and labour, comparing performance against budget and forecast. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics. Support the preparation of board reports by providing accurate financial data and analysis. Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in streamlining reporting processes to enhance the overall financial performance of the business. Work closely with the Head of Finance and the wider finance team to provide insights that inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication across the organisation. Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate work. Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in financial analysis and continuous improvement.
