Overview
The purpose of the Client Service Consultant role is to provide excellent client service and support a wider team. This role reports to the Senior Director.

The Role
Client Service
Primary contact for clients
Understanding of client protocols and processes
Focuses on client service and meeting client SLAs
Works with client to identify their reporting needs and provide standard, tailored, or on- demand reporting to clients; ensures that reports are created and scheduled by reporting team.
Establish client requirements of portal functions
Liaise with the Operations team when a client has been onboarded
Day to day contact for clients
Arranging regular review calls with clients
Liaising with Operations and clients on any service issues, ensuring that these are resolved
Creating and closing out client case reports where necessary
Liaising with Finance on any cost/invoice queries

Billing / Finance
Regularly reviews WIP / billing reports and ensures billing is conducted in a timely and
manner.

Teamwork and Personal Leadership
Participates in team meetings
Familiarise yourself with client protocols
Reviews concerns raised by client with Manager
Work with manager to Identify training needs and follow any training plans set
