Commercial Finance Manager- Fashion Retail business We are working with a leading Fashion Retail company who are experiencing impressive growth and are looking for a high calibre Commercial Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position overview As the Commercial Finance Manager you will be business partnering with senior management to provide invaluable commercial insight to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities Business Partnering – building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, providing relevant financial insight and challenging where necessary to manage expenditure.

Financial Planning – assisting business owners in the development of accurate and achievable annual budgets and interim forecast processes to build robust targets for the year.

Financial Control – ownership of the period end and year end processes.

Reporting- delivering accurate and informative reporting packs on a periodic basis, presenting results and continually assessing financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with at least 5 years PQE.

Experience in commercial finance preferable.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial data and KPIs clearly and concisely to non-Finance business owners.

Experience owning budget and forecasting processes.

Personable, proactive and collaborative attitude who easily forges effective working relationships.

Prior ownership in period end/year end processes.
