We are looking to recruit an ambitious Project Architect to join an award winning, friendly multi-disciplinary consultancy in Essex.

The successful project Architect will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects.

The Company Our client are a mid-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with several UK office.

They have experience in a number of project sectors and scales.

They have an excellent work life balance in place, flexible working hours and a real commitment to looking after their staff.

Including 2-3 days working from home available.

All projects are in Revit and most are BIM level 2.

Revit training can be provided.

The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.

The Opportunity The successful project architect will join the practice as a Project Architect with progression to Senior Architect and will be given support and autonomy from day 1 and will have the opportunity to have an important role on several key projects.

The company work in Revit, have a BIM manager and a dedicated BIM team which help support the Architects and Technologists.

They work across a range of building sectors and typologies, so this is a great opportunity who is interested in gaining experience on a range of projects types in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The Requirements: Fully qualified architect, Part III, ARB or equivalent 4 years post qualification Experience using Revit (and Auto CAD) would be an advantage Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs An interest in working on a variety of project typologies Salary and Package Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working, 2-3 days working from home per week 25 days annual leave 8 bank holidays Private healthcare, pension etc.

For this Project Architect position, Candidates with notice periods up to 3 months will be considered, however, an immediate start is also available.
