Contract: 4 - 6 weeks
Pay rate: £15 per hour
Client: multinational high‑street retailer.
Key Accountabilities Of The Role
Tracking of manual Purchase Orders (POs) and associated admin tasks – identifying, correcting, or communicating any errors on POs (e.g., incorrect ship method, supplier details, hub, missing sales orders).
Maintain PO data integrity via amendments in SAP.
Creation of manual shipment tracks in the Supply Chain system Editrack.
Maintain manual Excel documents to aid tracking of PO status and advance shipping note (ASN) readiness.
Communicate between tech and Poland warehouse teams for available advance shipping notices.
Hourly analysis of manual goods receipt files and corresponding allocation files to ensure the logistics provider has all required allocation files.
Communicate errors to the trading team for over/under shipments.
Track allocation errors and share status updates daily/weekly.
Time‑critical uploads of manual allocation files to the Poland hub Share Point.
Daily/weekly uploads of manual output files from DHL emails/Share Point to internal Share Point for use by Inventory Control and International finance teams.
Key Skills And Experience
Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel.
Ability to navigate systems such as SAP (training provided; prior experience preferred).
Multi‑tasking and the ability to work to tight time scales.
Organisational skills.
Numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties.
