This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, delivering innovative ERP solutions across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong finance background and hands-on experience implementing D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, ensuring project success from scoping to go-live.

Conduct workshops to gather client requirements, focusing on financial processes and ERP best practices.

Configure and deliver D365 F&O solutions, particularly within Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Cash Management modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse financial systems, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency.

Provide strategic advice to clients, leveraging both ERP expertise and finance knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.

Support user training, UAT, and post-go-live troubleshooting, ensuring smooth system adoption.

Partner with technical teams and project managers to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with a focus on financial modules.

Strong finance background: ideally part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).

Proven track record delivering ERP solutions, particularly for financial processes like GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.

In-depth understanding of business accounting principles and financial workflows.

Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and support.

Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification (preferred but not essential).

Ability to work autonomously and travel to client sites as required.

Proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform, or related tools is a plus.
