This pivotal role involves leading the finance team, shaping financial strategy, and driving the company’s continued growth and success.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Finance Director will take on a hands-on leadership position, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting.

Establish and enforce financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage financial operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

Lead, mentor, and expand the finance team, transitioning from outsourced services to in-house operations.

Streamline finance processes to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Act as the key liaison with private equity partners, delivering insights on financial performance and strategy.

Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.

Demonstrated success as a Finance Director or senior financial leader within the business services sector.

Experience managing finances across multiple locations, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex financial data into strategic actions.

Strong leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration at all organisational levels.
