You will have the opportunity to design and deliver blended learning solutions including class and virtual training as well as the crafting of engaging learning programs via E-learning, with the support of a Digital Learning Advisor. Responsibilties include but not limited to: Lead the end-to-end learning and development process, encompassing needs analysis, design, and delivery of blended learning solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Finance, to identify learning needs and develop engaging training programs.

Work closely with the Head of Learning & Development in a supportive and collaborative environment, as well as partnering with the Digital Learning Advisor Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
