We are recruiting for an International Associate Consultant , to join our growing International Employee Benefits Team. You'll be working to engage and educate our clients about their employee benefits via a wide range of communication methods. To secure new business from new and existing prospects / introducers, assisting in the delivery of NFP’s business plan and objectives for profitable growth. Overview of duties: Take full ownership of a client – technical ownership and relationship ownership. Confidently run strategic reviews with small to medium sized clients Understand client aims and objectives, requirements as per IDD to ensure recommendations are suitable, particular to each country Understand the client’s global strategy and be able to find suitable solutions Client servicing – respond promptly to client enquiries, in line with agreed levels of service (within 24 hours). Accurately peer review reports and email wording for account managers. Confidently present to clients and have good presentation skills. Whether this is virtually or face to face. Understand the workings of commission on policies. Confidently work with finance to understand the invoicing process for clients. Confidently sit on calls with finance and answer any questions on commission for policies or queries regarding fees. Understand the client service agreement. Understand the fee agreement. Confidently build a relationship with sales, to be involved with the sales process and onboarding of clients. Confidently build a relationship with our colleagues in the US, Canada, Ireland etc. as there will be an expectation to work as a team for the client. Confidently oversee the Account Managers to carry out the administration work for the clients Confidently work with upper management/director level colleagues. Person specification: Knowledge, skills and abilities: Customer orientation - Display a positive attitude and behaviours, demonstrating an awareness and willingness to respond to customers to exceed their needs, requirements and expectations. A passion for delivering customer service excellence, going over and above. Strong communicator - Able to express themselves clearly and positively, both verbally and in written communication. Excellent listening skills, always checks administrative work. Excellent organiser – including time management and prioritization - Prioritises customer needs above all else. Manages own time effectively and able to manage the expectations of other stakeholders regarding delivery timescales. Problem solver/innovative - Capable of developing innovative solutions for clients using knowledge and research skills as well as liaising across teams to deliver solutions. Brings new ideas to the table.
