Job Description Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager? Join our team at Rock Power Connections, a leading Independent Connections Provider.
We specialize in designing and installing new and upgraded electricity connections for business and commercial properties, including EV chargers.
As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing the construction, installation, and commissioning of electricity contestable connections up to 33k V.
Additionally, you'll oversee the installation of EV infrastructure.
Main Duties Portfolio Management : Handle a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely progress updates for all stakeholders.
Design Collaboration : Work closely with Business Development, Tendering, and Design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Client Engagement : Gather feedback on draft designs and facilitate timely approvals.
Coordination and Planning : Liaise with clients, contractors, and technical staff to plan and deliver projects efficiently.
Financial Control : Maintain accurate records, manage variations, and control project budgets.
Resource Procurement : Source labor and materials within defined budgets.
Quality Assurance : Conduct audits, address non-conformances, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Public Highway Works : Coordinate activities with local authorities, adhering to NRSWA and HAUC standards.
DNO and IDNO Compliance : Ensure installations meet specifications for successful audits and final connections.
Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the wider team to recommend quality enhancements.
Health, Safety & Quality : Promote a culture of safety and manage project-related health and safety.
Client Satisfaction : Secure feedback and maintain positive client relationships.
Photography : Document installations for future case studies.
Person Specification Essential: Experience within DNP/ICP Work (preferably as a Project Manager in this industry) Experience within Project Management Certificate of competency for DNO's, Electrician, or Electrical Fitter.
Driver's Licence.
Desirable : Project management-related qualifications.
SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification (or equivalent).
CSCS Qualification (or equivalent).
Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
