(CW1124) Part Time Qualified Accountant Location: Daresbury Type: Permanent Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 Per Hour Our client a leading consultancy are looking to recruit a Part Time Accountant to join their busy team in Daresbury, Cheshire.

The business works alongside the HMRC and assists clients on how to claim tax relief for Research and Development within their business.

They are looking to pay £20-£25 per hour, working 3 days per week this can be fully remote or hybrid.    This person will collect the relevant financial information from the client or their accountant relating to the companies qualifying Research and Development activity put this information into a claim format that is then submit to the client and HMRC for their approval.

Predominantly clients are contacted over the phone and by email whilst also liaising with the companies own accountant.

You will need to be proactive in requesting information and follow up according to set timescales.

They work with a variety of businesses from SMEs to large corporate with 500 plus employees, it would be an advantage if the person has worked with charities previously.  The work can be completed between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm with some flexibility around certain deadlines, the company is also flexible about whether you work from home or choose to come into the office. “We will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your CV, however due to the nature of our business this may be delayed due to meetings, holidays and offsite visits.
