Would you like to work remotely from the South East of the UK? Are you experienced in the food and beverage sector with a background in technical sales or food-related sales? We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join a leading global provider of food safety diagnostics.

Our client is dedicated to enhancing the quality and safety of the global food supply.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales within the UK market.

This includes achieving sales targets, gathering market insights, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning with both regional and global strategies.

You will primarily engage with customers via telephone, video conferencing, and electronic communication.

Responsibilities: Drive sales growth through direct and distribution channels- identify cross-selling opportunities Respond rapidly to customer inquiries using all available resources.

Create and implement a territory-specific business plan based on local needs.

Demonstrate products to potential customers.

Provide first-level customer support for technical issues, complaints, and product applications.

Assist with financial management, including budget setting, forecasting, and report preparation.

Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in technical sales or food-related sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A degree in life sciences, food-related fields, or other technical areas is desirable.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
