With private equity backing and a broad International presence, the business is seeking an entrepreneurial CFO to play a pivotal role in the next growth phase.

Currently operating at £30m revenue, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial strategy and drive the long-term success of a fast-growing business.

The CFO will enhance the finance team’s performance by reviewing and optimising current systems, processes, and controls to ensure scalability and that the company is well-positioned for sustained growth and long-term success.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and treasury functions while providing strategic insights to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, commercial and strategically minded CFO, with a strong background in private equity environments and businesses with an e-commerce presence.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, in supporting the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Requirements: Demonstrable financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a private equity-backed environment.

Proven experience scaling ecommerce/retail or similar businesses, with demonstrated success in driving value creation Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to partner with private equity investors and navigate the complexities of a PE-backed environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
