Job Title: Admin Assistant
Role Type: Temporary - minimum 4 weeks

Pay Rate: £14 to £15.30 p/h

Admin Assistant Role Overview:

Are you detail-oriented and love keeping things organised?

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to support our busy office in Holsworthy. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Admin Assistant Responsibilities: 

Entering invoices and managing records in our systems
Assisting with payment runs and keeping suppliers in the loop
Creating customer invoices and handling account queries
Supporting the team with admin tasks and keeping everything running smoothly
Helping improve how we do things and suggesting smarter ways to work

Admin Assistant Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

Confident with data entry and office systems (SAGE experience is a bonus!)
Comfortable learning new tools and tasks (we provide training!)
A great team player with strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
