Having already had success deploying their charging offering they are now looking for a Head of Land Acquisitions to be the key point of contact for clients and partners helping drive site selection investment decisions and commercial negotiations to increase ROI. Offering an end-to-end solution to fleet, and destination charging, their mission is the electrify the UK, and have secured significant funding to offer full and part-funded charging solutions. What do you need to be successful? Experience managing client facing discussions and negotiations for small & large commercial contracts in land acquisition and leases. Excellent internal and external communication and written skills. Experienced in short-term and long-term investment strategies in line with proposed commercial deals. Ability to improve client experience from a legal/financial sales cycle perspective. Natural sales acumen. What will you be doing? Generate & lead site selection meetings, making key land investment decisions, including reviewing, and establishing industry-aligned commercial boundaries. Be a key point of contact for commercial negotiations with partners and clients. Support internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance in commercial implication discussions. Support with commercials for client tenders. Support the legal team with bespoke commercial agreements. Support wider business to improve the customer journey. What can our client offer you?
